Our spiritual Path Begins

 I am no stranger to Christ I accepted him as my Lord and Savior at a very early age.  As a baptized believer I began working in the church where I served in many capacities, Sunday School & VBS Teacher, Minister of Music and the list goes on.  On January 24, 2017, I accepted my calling as a Minister of God after denying Him and running for about 10 years.  Since accepting my call to ministry I  am proud to be an Ordained Licensed Minister which has blessed me to preach, pray and serve the body of Christ, in my current city of residence Ashdown, AR, and travel to other cities of the United States.

I believe that the Holy Bible is a supernatural book, that it is the very Word of God, that it is in the sixty-six books the full, final, and complete revelation of God’s will to man. I  believe the Author of the Bible is God the Holy Spirit, and by inspiration we mean the plenary, verbal inspiration, that holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit as revealed in Second Peter chapter one. I believe that the King James Version (1611, Authorized Bible) is God’s preserved Word in the English language. I believe and teach that the Bible is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. II Pet. 1:20-21; II Tim. 3:16-17; Matt. 5:1   I believe and teach that there is one, and only one, true and living God. He is absolute in nature, perfect in attributes, and holy in character. He is the Creator of all things, animate and inanimate. He is immutable, omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient, eternal, and sovereign. I believe GOD, THE SON Jesus Christ was God in human flesh, and is the Second Person of the Trinity, divine, even as God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. He was virgin born and incarnate in flesh. He lived a sinless life and is the only true Saviour of mankind by His vicarious death on the cross. He resurrected physically from the tomb, ascended into Heaven, and is now the believers’ Great High Priest, ever interceding for them. THE HOLY SPIRIT is a Divine Person, the Third Person of the Trinity. He is equal with God the Father and God the Son and of the same nature and is involved in all the works of God, from the creation. In relation to the unbelieving world, He restrains the Evil One until God’s purpose is fulfilled.   He convicts of sin, judgment, and righteousness; He is the agent of the new birth and indwells, seals, guides and empowers the believer for service. 

Under the auspices of the Holy Spirit and fulfilling my call to God, Passing Down the Faith Ministries was established on November 5, 2017, at 5:25 am.  The Lord's direction was to begin an Evangelistic & Outreach Program.  Presently our ministry's focus has been in prisons serving female and male residents in Omaha, NE, Newport, AR, Wrightsville, AR, Little Rock, AR, and Texarkana, AR.  I minister weekly at the Southwest Arkansas Regional Correctional and Arkansas Department of Corrections as a volunteer.  I am an Associate Minister and Auxiliary Leader of the Intercessory  Prayer Ministry of the Red Oak Grove MBC pastored by Dr. Eric L. Nelson, Sr.  Also I visit nursing homes, hospitals, and anywhere the Holy Spirit leads me to go.  My long-term goal is to operate a transitional facility to assist in schooling, housing, training, employment for those beginning a FRESH START to re-enter our society after imprisonment or domestic violence situations.  It is because of this goal I am currently working to obtain my Bachelor of Science Degree in Christian Leadership & Management with Minors in Christian Ministry, Christianity & Culture through the online program of Regent University with graduation expected in December 2026.
